NYPD Vehicle Torched in NYC

On the night of July 28 to 29, an NYPD car was set on fire overnight on the Upper West Side. Paper and accelerant were used to ignite the car.

Despite closing off nearby streets and scouring the area for surveillance videos, the police could not find the person who did the action.
