Argentinian State Detains Anarchists, Raid Center After Bomb Attacks

The Argentinian security forces launched counter-revolutionary raids on anarchist homes and political centers after several bombing attacks in the lead up to the G20 meeting, which is being held in Argentina later this month.

Revolutionary forces have not issued a statement on the attacks, so the motive is unclear, but the repression is not. With the growth of reactionary forces in South America, in tandem with a general global resurgence of fascism, the raids on anarchist political centers should not be surprising, since anarchists are at the forefront of the global fight for freedom.

One attack was at the grave of former police chief Ramon Falcon who was killed in an anarchist self-defense action approximately 100 years ago. The second attack was aganst Claudio Bonadio, a federal judge who was well known for high profile investigations.

Anarchists homes and political centers have been raided around Buenos Aires, and there have been many revolutionaries kidnapped by the state.
